Fakro LWK Plus 4-Section 68cm X 92cm Wooden Loft Ladder & Hatch (H up to 280CM)

This is 4-section folding ladder is made of pine wood available with a red handrail as additional accessory facilitating loft ladder usage. Additional advantage of this loft ladder is extra barrier that other ladders do not have. Insulated hatch is in white with the thickness of 36 mm and heat transmittance efficient of 1.1 W/m2K.

Loft ladder when folded hides in the ceiling freeing space in the loft, there is lock fitted. The box frame is made of pine and equipped with a seal as standard ensuring superior tightness and braced at the corners with patented hinges making it difficult to change the diagonals.

Treads fitted using dovetail joints for added durability and quipped with special grooves preventing slipping.
