Here is what you need to know if you would like to cancel your order with us

If you are a customer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide that you do not want to keep the goods, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.

Your legal right to cancel a contract starts from the date you purchase the goods and ends 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods (your right to cancel does not include bespokre products, made to your specification, such as sash windows).

Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If the goods have been already processed for delivery and you cancel your contract you must not unpack the goods when you receive them and you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own risk and expense as soon as possible.

All items must be returned with their original packaging including all the parts with sufficient protection to avoid damage occurring in transit.

All orders sent on a pallet must be returned to us on a pallet

We can not accept products which have been already installed

To cancel an order you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered

The goods you have order was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error

If we will cancel your contract we will notify you by email and we will refund you any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days of your order.
