Sunlux price match promise terms and conditions
At SUNLUX we are committed to the best selection of products at the most competitive prices. We are constantly trying to make sure we are not beaten on price.
If you will find selected products cheaper, we will match it on a price or beat the price.
How does it work?
The products offered by our competitor's must be identical. This offer is for selected products.
The products must be in stock with the competitor. (For us to verify the prices they need to be currently available in the competitor's online store)
The total price including delivery charges are taken into account when comparing prices.
We only price match against retailers based in the United Kingdom.
The competitor retailer price to be matched must include VAT.
We DO NOT match auction sites or price comparison sites.
We DO NOT include the promotions such us: online only deals, one day sale e.g. Black Friday deals, product bundles, reward based promotions or promotions available through third-party websites.
What do you need to do to claim our Sunlux price match promise

Claims must be made before purchase.

Put your claim in writting to [email protected] including product name, price - including delivery cost, and the link to the competitor's website.

We will then make a final decision on whether the competitor's product matches and will confirm our response in writing.

We only accept one claim per customer per order.

Dispatch of the goods is subject to availability.
