DESCRIPTION:

Pine Top Hung Energy Saving Access Roof Window. The big benefit of this window is Self-Cleaning Glass "BIOCLEAN". The hinge is placed in the Top of the frame with gas springs and allows the sash to be open to any angle up to 30° for ventilation or fully open to 180° for easy access. Can be fitted on the roof pitch 15° - 65°. Available with Flashing for Slate roof or Universal Tile Flashing. Window is pine finish inside and dark grey outside. This is good quality window perfect for any loft space. This window is also well insulated against outside noise and temperature fluctuation. Key locking handle included.

Remember to add correct flashing kit for your window (Slate or Tile Flashing) from Accessories Below

Incredible value

I've had two of these installed for around a year and a half now, they've been fantastic quality and look great. The kit was good and fitting was very simple. They're just as good as more expensive brands I've fitted in the past as I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them. I've just ordered some of the blinds so hopefully they're just às good
